FAQ: Can you explain the sampling rate of the oscilloscope function in the N6705 Power Analyzer?

The sampling rate of the Scope function is based on the number of points in the acquisition. It is dependent on how many parameters are selected during measurement and the type of power module being used.

For example, in the N673x/4x/5x/6x/7x module families, the fastest sampling rate 10.24us for one measurement parameter. The N678x SMU module's fastest sampling is 5.12us for one measurement parameter.
